My Order Could Not Be Delivered, How Can I Receive It?

We do not have a cargo option for our orders. Shipments are only made via MNG Kargo, based on your province and district information. If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, MNG Kargo will not visit your address a second time after the initial delivery attempt.

Therefore, you can pick up your shipment from the MNG Kargo branch within 3 business days. If the shipment is not picked up, the package will be returned to us as a return.
