Our company, Senna Dizayn Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., holds the title of "data controller" within the scope of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("the Law") concerning customers' personal data. This Clarification and Consent Text aims to inform customers about the personal data processing activities carried out by SENNA DESIGN in accordance with the aforementioned Law and to obtain their explicit consent for the situations specified in Article 3 below.

Purpose of Processing Customers' Personal Data:

Customers' personal data is processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, including but not limited to, the business units carrying out the necessary work to enable individuals to benefit from the products and services offered by Senna Dizayn and the execution of relevant business processes, the business units carrying out the necessary work to realize the commercial activities conducted by Senna Dizayn and the execution of related business processes, the planning and execution of Senna Dizayn's commercial and/or business strategies, ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-business security of Senna Dizayn and relevant individuals in business relationship with Senna Dizayn, and the planning and execution of activities necessary to customize and recommend Senna Dizayn's products and services to relevant individuals based on their preferences, usage habits, and needs.

Personal Data to be Processed with Customers' Explicit Consent:

For the following situations where the personal data processing conditions specified in Articles 5/2 and 6/3 of the Law cannot be met, Senna Dizayn must obtain customers' explicit consent to process personal data. In this context, customers' personal data may be processed for the purpose of creating campaigns for customers, cross-selling, determining target audiences, monitoring customer movements to enhance user experience, developing and personalizing Senna Dizayn's website and mobile application according to customer needs, and conducting direct and indirect marketing activities.

Transfer of Personal Data:

Customers' personal data may be shared with business partners, suppliers, and authorized public institutions to enable them to benefit from the products and services offered by Senna Dizayn, conduct commercial activities, and ensure legal and commercial security.

Method of Collecting Personal Data:

Personal data is collected from customers electronically.

Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner:

Within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, data owners have the right to learn whether personal data is processed, request information, request correction, request deletion, object to processing, and request compensation for damages.
