About Membership
To become a member of our store, simply go to our Member Transactions page and fill in the required fields. Filling in your membership information accurately and completely is very important to avoid communication and delivery problems. Please fill it in carefully and completely to ensure products and services reach you quickly and smoothly.
Becoming a member is a very simple and quick process. Becoming a member does not mean you are under any obligation. However, please read the Sales Agreement carefully before making a purchase. You have the right to terminate your membership at any time.
Membership Cancellation
The member has the right to terminate their membership at any time. Once you terminate your membership, all your relations with our site will be severed.
To terminate your membership, you must submit your request from our contact information page after logging in.
Membership Cannot Be Canceled In The Following Cases
1 - If 60 days have not passed since the member's last order.
2 - If a membership cancellation request was made with a different email address.
3 - If the member cannot be reached using their registered information.
Membership Will Be Canceled By Us In The Following Cases
1 - If the member sends unethical messages or writes inappropriate comments.
2 - If an attempt of fraud was made.
3 - If an attempt was made to harm the system or the name Senna Design.
Member Security
All precautions have been taken in our store for member security. In addition to these precautions, you are also responsible for the security of your member information. Do not share the information you use to log in to our store with anyone, and do not log in to the system from computers you are not sure are secure.
Different Address
For each member, there is an address section where a different address can be entered besides their own registered address when finalizing an order.
The address section is designed for you to use when sending gifts to your friends, or when you are at different addresses.
For example: During periods when you will be in different branches of the company you work for, or when you are staying at your summer house. Or if you want your invoice to reach you and your order to reach a friend.
Product Reviews
Every member can write reviews for products. As you share your knowledge and experiences with other users, shopping will become more enjoyable and informed. Since customer reviews will be impartial and experience-based, a more informed shopping environment will emerge.
When writing a product review, please note the following: Be careful to write reviews that are respectful to other users and the product manufacturer, within the framework of general moral rules. Reviews are reviewed, and unsuitable ones are deleted from the system.
